This policy sets out how Alturra AI accesses the systems it observes and how it handles the information it reasons over, consistent with our responsible-handling obligations.
How we handle information
When observing a connected system we consider relevance, provenance, timeliness, coverage and the nature of the source. For every conclusion, evidence and confidence — the basis of the reasoning — is typically the most important factor.
Sources and provenance
Alturra draws on multiple system sources and does not silently discard or reweight evidence without disclosure. The sources, confidence and reasoning behind each observation are shown before you act on it.
Connected systems
We reason across our connected system sources and approved integrations. We monitor the quality of that reasoning on an ongoing basis to ensure the policy continues to deliver clear, well-grounded understanding for clients.
